It is to collect last wort runs from Lauter Tun /Mash Filter (say 1.8~0.6 Deg Plato) and same shall be used for mash / rice in process to utilize the available extract.

System has a SS304 vertical cylinder conical tank construction with leg supports, complete with CIP provision, vessel manhole, and process nozzles. The tank is insulated and SS304 cladding.

This collected weak wort is transferred from the weak wort tank to the rice cooker or mash kettle via a weak wort transfer pump.

System shall be full auto and it can be integrated into existing PC PLC SCADA.
