Cellar Ratio Controlled Dosing System

Fully automatic, contains the pressurized dosing tank with the dosing unit.

The additive will be added through the motorized barrel pump from additive container to dosing tank with a required volume.

Dosing rate will always be ensured even with the incoming fluctuating beer Flowrate. the chemical dosing pump transfers the additives in the product according the dosing rate set point (g/hl or L/hL) through 3PS innovative vertex-Venturi device along with a holding coil and a back pressure valve.

The beer flow will be measured by an existing flow meter on the existing filtered beer line.

The additive flow will be injected with an integrated circuit of mass flow meter & a modulating control valve.

No DO pick throughout the process as the tank is pressurized and CO2 bubbling from bottom using hygienic gas ring.
