The CabroB (Blender and Carbonation System) is a pre-assembled, skid-mounted module for blending high gravity beer / wine / whisky / beverages and deaerated water, with subsequent carbonation.

Principle

The CabroB (Blender and Carbonation System) accurately controls the original gravity, alcohol and CO2 content of product by the precisely regulated blending of deaerated water and dosing of CO2.

The system is characterized by highly accurate and reliable analyzers and precise control algorithms.

The system is standard and available as below

  • Semi-Automated & Fully Automated (Via PLC HMI / PC PLC SCADA)
  • With optional items like sterile air system and DO meter
